KITCHEN AND BATHROOM RENOVATIONS
We have experience of bathroom and kitchen fitting. From strip out to final polish we control all the work and the quality required.
We offer a choice of approaches to these projects
1. Full design, supply and install to an agreed price.
2. You design and buy fittings – we provide the labour and ancillary materials to install either:
- to a fixed price
- to an estimated price
The first approach has the advantage of knowing exactly how much the project will cost. It also leaves the hassle of sourcing the actual units; baths, kitchen units etc. to us.
The second approach is more popular. You buy the major items and we will install to a finished project. The only difference is the costing. If we cost to a fixed price you have the advantage of budgeting exactly. The downside is that we will price in eventualities which may mean you ultimately pay slightly more.
Costing to an estimate is slightly riskier because if something unforeseen happens, or it takes longer, you will pay more. On the other hand, if it is easier than it looked at estimate stage, you will pay less than estimated.
A bathroom or kitchen generally takes around five days but bigger projects will take up to eight days.
Top Tip - Less is More, dont try to utilise all wall space allow for out of square walls.
